In this paper we are building a profile of user of musical content in the telecommunication company based on the Apriori algorithm for mining association rules, which is a part of data mining algorithms. Built profile revealed the hidden patterns among the various parameters describing the client (personal information and transactional data). It will improve the efficiency of the business through more targeted offers to the customer. Algorithm is tested on real data of one telecommunication company and is widely applied in practice, with high levels of customer response on the recommendations.
