The well-known dwarf nova SS Cyg was included as one of the most interesting objests to the large observational program devoted to the study of close binary systems on the late evolutionary stahes that realized in Sternberg Astronomical Institute during last years. Here we present the results of analysis of UBV-photoelectric mean light curves of SS Cygni at quiescence. These light curves were constructed on the base of numerous observations for the long period (more than 2000 measurements). The new computer code using the Nelder-Mid method and the genetic algoritm for determination of light curve fitting parameters was applied. The white dwarf temperature is obtained 22000K (the mean value for the stars of this class) together with the white dwarf radius about 0.1 a (for q=1.2-2.0). This allows us to determine the masses of the components, 0.37-0.41 solar masses for the white dwarf and 0.22-0.32 solar masses for the red star.
