The aim of the study was the synthesis of super-paramagnetic magnetite citrate nanoparticles (SNMCs), the assessment of early contrast MRI (CMRI) visualization of the centers of proliferation of malignant cells (CPMC) by super-paramagnetic NMCs and combinations of the SNMC-Magnevist® (SNMC-MV) . The determination of anticancer activity (ACA) Inox (IO) during regional chemo-therapy (RCT), ACA 40% of the SNMC sol during regional magnetic thermo-therapy (RMTT), and also a ACA combination of 40% sol (SNMC-IO) at regional magnetic thermo-chemo-therapy (RMTCT) of Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) in female C57Bl/6j mice.
