ABSTRACT: On the basis of experimental and theoretical data it has been shown that it is possible to use methods of time – analogy to predict long-term strength and strain of frozen soil during the maintenance period using results of different tests. The possibility of consideration of scale effect on testing pile model in frozen soil has also been shown. It has been shown that frozen soil is complex thermo-rheological model. If take stress only on surface of solid components, we may to predict long-term strength and strain by graphic means as for simple thermo-rheological model.
