The immunochemical methods based on the specific and high affinity antibodies are widely used for high-throughput screening (HTS) and monitoring of many physiologies active compounds. At first it is important for detection of poisons and toxicants like: new synthetic abused drugs, food mycotoxins, heather metals, explosive and etc. The well-known ELISA one of them also more and more modified. Recent trend for development of new immunochemical methods will be presented and discussed. More details could be found in our recent publications [1-6] and this year reviews [7-15].
