The article is devoted to the observation of the Russian Federation’s policy on the rights of women and children in 1990s, through study of activities of legislatures (the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the I and II convocations) and activities of political parties.
