Аннотация доклада:
Mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSC) regulate reparation, regeneration and homeostasis processes through their differentiation and secretory activity. Earlier we observed that hormonal sensitivity of MSC is regulated by β-adrenoceptors by means of the heterologous sensitization of α1A-adrenoceptors. Here we tested alternative to noradrenaline hormones that are capable of induce heterologous sensitization in MSC
