The rare historical data of the Maya polities of the Selva Lacandona area came back to the VIth cent. But the Late Classic dynastic history of the Lacanha valley kingdoms ¬— Ak’e and Xukalnaah kingdoms could be reconstructed in details. However archaeological associations and political boundaries of the small polities of the Lacanha Valley are still problematic. Only few main political centers — Bonampak, Lacanha, Plan-de-Ayutla and group of secondary sites known in that area. But the settlement structure of the valley is still undiscovered. We believe the most effective research methodology in that situation could be GIS-approach, base on complex analysis of the epigraphic data and areal topography. It give us a possibility to model approximate boundary of whole polity and separate local lordships depends on current political situation. This method of the GIS-modeling was developed on the research of Maya polities of the Usumasinta Valley and now we will try to extrapolate our theoretical results on neighboring Lacanha Valley. The paper will present the historical map of territorial-political organization of the Lacanha Valley in the VII¬—VIII cent.
