The possibilities of wetting method (measurement of contact angles of liquids at the solid surfaces under the different conditions) for prediction of the most perspective directions of polymer application for composite materials creation will be considered and analyzed. The adhesive properties and biocompatibility of polymers will be in centre of attention. A new approach to the intensity of polymer adhesion prediction and comparison will be discussed. The possibilities of blood compatibility improvement using modifying of polymer surfaces with adsorption layers of surfactants and their mixtures will be exhibited.
