Аннотация доклада:
The aim of our research was to study biological activity of hydroxamic acids in cancer cell culture in vitro. We have studied a number of hydroxamic compounds to evaluate in vitro: i) their effect on viability of cancer cells, and ii) their ability to affect toxicity towards cancer cells of different platinum complexes. Our results demonstrate that hydroxamic acids possess low toxicity.
