Today morality and social and technological progress, as well as globalization and its consequences, appear to be so closely connected, as never before. I wanted to underline the inevitability of moral revaluation and the necessity of quick changes of value orientations, if we want to prevent the world collapse. It should be acknowledged, that there are only two ways of civilized regulation of the social relations - they are morals and a law. Though they are unthinkable separately, yet a moral has priority before a law. Morals and values cannot be imposed or regulated by force or decrees. Their renewals occur slowly, not at once, and their formation and introduction need considerable time.
