An example of a one-way distributed computation is given in which the use of entangled states of two photons to synchronize processes gives a benefit. The process of assembling polymer chains at two remote points is considered; the quality of the assembly is determined when they are superimposed on each other. The effect of using entangled states is almost 14 percents. Such advantage over classical distributed computations can be obtained in the model with one-way control when the central processor sends signals to the remote peripheral devices, which cannot reply straightforwardly but only through the line of other devices. The modest value of the effect for the pair of peripheral devices does not minimize the role of entangled type of control. In the biological systems with the hierarchical organization and severe competition even small effect could give the decisive benefit.
