Аннотация доклада:
Experimental evaluation of laser absorption coefficient in retinal pigment epithelium was performed in this study. Estimated temperature field during lasercoagulation was compared to direct thermocouple measurements. Obtained values of the absorption coefficient for six samples of human eye fundus tissues lie within 120-300 1/cm range, with error of determination of each is 20%.
