Environmental management bases on data which allows to assess impact, to make correct decisions and to mitigate human influence. Environmental data usually represented as tables and as maps to show spatial distribution of parameters. Our research based on the data from State environmental reports of the Bali island. Data preprocessing includes input, verification and conversion. Moreover, we made data localization due to geographical coordinates of each monitoring point. The series of python scripts allowed us to perform these operations, so that we have obtained spatial database. We also developed the user interface to input data and to verify the entered values. Another list of scripts provides maps production for each parameter per year and also it allows to describe temporal dynamics. All the maps have the same projection, scale, design and all these makes the maps convenient to compare and analyze. The following indicators covering the period from 2009 to 2016 were analyzed: BOD, COD, dissolved oxygen (PO), bacteriological parameters and some metals oxides. They all characterize the state of the aquatic ecosystem, and can also indicate sources of pollution. Analysis of the maps built in the GIS made it possible to isolate the most anthropogenically loaded areas of the island. They are Kuta, Denpasar, Gianyar and the western part of Tabanan. They have maximum concentrations of bacteriological indicators, and of certain metals oxides (e.g. iron, manganese, zinc). In addition, there is a significant correlation between COD, BOD and RO for the inspected time range. In general, it is recommended to pay more attention to river water quality within the mentioned regions.
