Аннотация доклада:
The existence of two previously unknown ternary stannides was established during the investigation of the phase equilibria in the Ce-Pd-Sn system. Polycrystalline samples of Ce4Pd12Sn25 and CePd2Sn3 were prepared by argon-arc melting the constituent elements, single crystals of these compounds were obtained during isothermal treatment at 640 and 680C, respectively. Their structures were determined from X-ray single crystal data.
