Coronagrafic observations of more than 2000 sungrazing comets, discovered unexpectedly during the last three decades by solar missions SOLWIND,SMM, SOHO and SDO have been carried out by space observatories located near the ecliptic plane. Meantime, as known from our recent investigations, cometary nuclei impacting with the Sun at velocity more than 600 km/s create hot plasma and "explosion" near the solar photosphere with energetics comparable to that of large solar flares. Observations of such photospheric solar flares from the solar polar orbit, at high helio - latitudes, are of interest for the physics of solar flares as well as for comprehensive studying sungrazing comets // COSPAR 2012 SA, Scientific Session D2.6: Future Out-of- Ecliptic and In Situ Observations of the Sun and Solar Wind.
