The behavior of fluorescent xanthene dye eosin in the solutions containing AOT(di-2-ethylhexylsulfosuccinate, which forms the reverse micelles) in a temperature range from 10 to 45 0C with varied marker’s concentration values is studied. The share of monomers and dimmers of eosin and the degree of association in the AOT/heptane/dye’s water solution were determined, for comparison studies in the solution which contained only the markers dissolved in the water were also performed. The spectral changes allow us to estimate the influence of the temperature on the process of binding the marker’s molecules. The dependence of reverse micelles’ radius on temperature was shown at different concentration of dye.
