Аннотация доклада:
Inflammation is among the most important factor of disease. During inflammation large amount of reactive oxygen species (ROS) are produced. It leads to oxidative stress and chronization of inflammation. The principal source of ROS is the mitochondrial electron transport chain. Thus, using of mitochondria-targeted antioxidants may have anti-inflammatory effect.
