This paper discusses the results of experimental researches in the field of auditory recognition of speech semantic content on the basis of Russian spoken discourses in noise. In the analysis some spoken discourses in noise were offered to listeners for auditory perception and then recognition of main topics and subtopics of the stimuli. In speech perception researches a listener is usually considered “a decoder” of sounds and syllables. In real-world acoustic environment the speech signal is characterized by high variability. It is possible to transmit information only using invariant structures of the speech signal. Some of these invariant structures are formed directly in the speech production apparatus while some are generated by the human auditory perception system. It is shown experimentally that the latter is most sensitive to changes in the speech signal invariant components. Some analysis methods of speech signal harmonic components (invariant components of a speech signal) are proposed.
