The technique of SAXS is not bound to feel the particular shape and size of any well defined particle. Moreover, SAXS is not usually sensitive to the chemical composition of diverse homogeneity types within the sample. The only conclusion of SAXS application can be that there are heterogeneities of some certain kind (in the so-called colloidal range of spatial sizes). This fact is represented at the shown figures. Porod Model: The power value 1.3 in the range of Porod approximation at the SAXS curve of GaSe may indicate chain-like structure components in grains of this type 1. It is found that the sample comprises a single grain of GaAs and GaSb. 2. An estimate of the size of grains of GaAs and GaSe in three directions in the sample GaAs domains: 30x350x350nm GaSe domains: 15x350x350nm. 3. A hypothesis of the presence of beans GaSe-dimensional components.
