Аннотация доклада:
Polyploidy was registered in the bone marrow cells of pygmy wood mouse Sylvaemus uralensis specimens caught near Kartmazovo village, and nuclear material fragmentation was observed in 7% of bone marrow cells of bank vole Clethrionomus glareolus. Such levels of spontaneous chromosomal aberrations exceed the level known for safe zones, but correspond to those in regions with technogenic contamination. The micronucleus test carried out on fish (Carassius gibelio) erythrocytes did not reveal any shifts from the normal level obtained on territories of external comparison.
