Аннотация доклада:
operation problems of linear objects in palsa landscapes in the southern permafrost areas are considerably determined by lack of investigations of frozen ground massives at the stage of engineering surveys. It is shown that the southern limit of the palsa areal is more preferable to consider as the southern boundary of the permafrost area for construction of extended objects. The main danger for extended objects is associated with high dynamism of palsa landscapes. The range of seasonal vertical displacements of pipelines in palsa landscapes reaches 1–2 m.
