Proposition, which is the key statement of the speech, supposed to be unevident for the audience and that is why the whole speech argument structure has target to support it. The proposition is a start point both for writing and analyzing speech. The skill to elaborate a concrete proposition within a given topic is usually hardly acquired by untrained speakers or even by experienced rhetors. At the same time analysts, consultants and even schoolchildren (while writing their text analysis essays) need some easy proposition identifying algorithm. I have summarized and proposed several technical devices for proposition revealing. This method also allows to formulate the key claim for a future speech easily and quickly.
