In recent years, while reducing the quality of petroleum feedstocks to be processed, greatly increased the requirements for the final products of oil refining. The main problem in the processing and use of petroleum products is the presence of sulfur, as it degrades the quality of the oil, reducing its value, leading to corrosion of pipelines, pumping and refinery equipment, intoxicate the catalysts used in the refining process, and also leads to environmental pollution. The fact that the combustion of petroleum products containing sulfur compounds formed its gaseous oxides which when released into the atmosphere leads to the formation of acid rain. Thus, pre-treatment of the sulfur-containing oil compounds is of paramount importance. The main process for industrial scale, used to remove sulfur, is a hydrotreating process, or as it is called, a catalytic hydrodesulfurization process, at which the destruction of sulfur compounds to form hydrogen sulfide and hydrocarbon part of the raw material is recovered and stored in the liquid product composition target. The process requires the use of hydrodesulfurization catalysts, as well as high temperature and pressure. In most developed countries are now sulfur content in motor fuels is limited to 50 ppm. Modern development hydrotreating process can reduce the concentration of sulfur in the final product to 100 ppm, and to bring its sulfur content below 50 ppm and via hydrotreating is possible, but uneconomical. Therefore, for a deeper cleaning is necessary to use other, already hydrogen-free technology. The main methods of desulfurization, which are researched and developed today are shown in the slide. This alkylation electrochemical method, purification in supercritical water, ozonation, ultrasonic processing, the microbiological method, and as oxidizing system, and extraction of ionic liquids. Of greatest interest to us is the study of clean oil products using oxidation systems, and extraction of the ionic liquid. We solve the following goals and objectives: • Investigate the removal of heterocyclic organic compounds with hydrogen peroxide from a model hydrocarbon (heptane). • Carry out the extraction of heterocyclic organic pollutants of the same number of ionic liquid BMImNTf2. • Test methods investigated - oxidation and extraction of the same pollutants on real objects (AI-95 and diesel fuel). • To study the influence of additives metal salts (AgNO3, CuSO4*5H2O and FeSO4*(NH4)2SO4) for removal and extraction of heterocyclic organic compounds from the model hydrocarbon (heptane) and the real fuel. • Explore the possibility of regeneration of spent ionic liquid BMImNTf2.
