During the study of the star formation regions ionized gas kinematics of NGC 4068 galaxy with scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer we revealed the compact emission nebulae that is an outlier from points corresponding other HII regions on “intensity – velocity dispersion” diagram in the H-alpha emission line. Similar objects with high dispersion and intensity founded earlier in another galaxies were confirmed unique objects like SNR, LBV or WR stars. The optical SED of the object in NGC 4068 is also unusual in comparison with typical HII complexes. We performed long-slit observations at the 6-m telescope and found the broad H-alpha and HeII 4686 emission lines, high [NII]/H-alpha ratio with almost no detection of [SII] 6717, 6731 lines. We believe that we may have a deal with WNL star in hot-phase.
