Since 2009 fluxes of interstellar hydrogen atoms have been measured in situ for the first time by the IBEX-Lo sensor onboard the Interstellar Boundary Explorer (IBEX) spacecraft. These data are critically important for both verification of theoretical models of hydrogen distribution in the heliosphere and studying the structure of the heliospheric boundary where interstellar hydrogen distribution is modified due to charge exchange with protons. In this work we perform simulations of the interstellar hydrogen fluxes measured by IBEX-Lo. State-of-art kinetic model of interstellar hydrogen distribution in the heliosphere is used. The model takes into account temporal and heliolatitudinal variations of the solar parameters (radiation pressure and ionization rate) as well as non-Maxwellian kinetic properties of hydrogen distribution due to charge exchange at the heliospheric boundary. It is shown that the solar radiation pressure and its velocity-dependence is very important parameter especially for counts rate measured in the second IBEX-Lo energy bin (20-41 eV). We also fit the data with a stationary version of our model and obtain the solar parameters consistent with the data.
