The setup OGRAN,-the large scale opto-acoustical gravitational detector is described.In distinguish from know gravitational bar detectors it uses the optical interferometrical readout for a registering weak variations of gravity gradient at the kilohetz frequency region. At room temperature its sensitivity is limited only by the bar brownian noise at the bandwidth up to one hundred hertz. It is destined for a searching for rare events - gravitational pulses coinincident with signals of neutrino scintillator (BUST) in the deep underground of Baksan Neutrino Observatory of INR RAS. In the talk we present a current status of the installation process: an assembling all parts of the setup including mechanical and vacuum nodes as well as opto-electronical devices in the underground clean room facilities. The first test run of the setup operation is presented. Required final steps are formulated
