  Message from WFITN2022 The 16th Congress of the World Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology, WFITN 2022, will take place in Kyoto, Japan for the first time in 27 years. Together with 4000 active members, the Japanese Society for Neuro-endovascular Therapy (JSNET) is proud and grateful to host this truly global gathering. Founded in 1982 by our pioneers, JSNET has become one of the largest neuro-endovascular societies in the world and provides the largest number of active WFITN members by country. In the past 37 annual meetings, we had highly scientific presentations and active discussions. We will bring the same atmosphere to WFITN 2022, Kyoto. The congress will start with a day of hybrid didactic sessions on the national clinical research projects and Kyoto anatomy course, followed by the cutting-edge lectures by the world renown experts on August 21st. On behalf of the JSNET members, we welcome you all and see you in Kyoto.
