  We are launching an international conference series on topics of applied linguistics with sessions in English and Hungarian. Our first conference will be held in November 2021. For the purpose of our conference, we would like to take the meaning of applied linguistics in its broadest sense and also aim to present research analysing potential linguistic/communication/social problems and to offer real solutions via linguistic means from an interdisciplinary perspective. We are inviting scientific papers to be presented at our conference on the theme of socially responsible linguistics. Our conference primarily explores and prioritizes less widely known topics of applied linguistics and the research of still unknown (or not widely known) linguistic dilemmas; moreover, it calls for new, innovative analyses of known problems and the elaboration of solutions. Besides our teacher-researcher colleagues, we also welcome applications from PhD students.
