  The keynote address was delivered by representatives of the non-profit organization Publish What You Fund, Gary Forster, CEO, and Alex Tilley, Head of Research. Publish What You Fund promotes the transparency of aid at the global level and creates the annual Aid Transparency Index. In their address, experts will talk about the history and current state of the campaign for aid transparency, the specifics of producing the index, and examples of countries’ efforts to achieve greater aid transparency. Key Russian experts from the Moscow State University (Center for Security and Development Studies, School of World Politics), RANEPA, Humanitarian Monitor project, and representatives of government agencies participated in the event. The discussion was chaired by Oleg Shakirov, Senior Expert at the Center for Advanced Governance.
