  The International Forum on Participatory Budgeting is a space for reflection and analysis of the Participatory Budget model, within a framework of strengthening democracy and citizen participation in public affairs in the State of Mexico. It will take place on November 7 and 8 at the Toluca Cultural Center and will feature international speakers with extensive experience and experience in participatory budgeting.
