  The conference is conducted on the base of Laboratory of Gene Expression Regulation in Development, Institute of Gene Biology RAS (IGB RAS). The following topics are covered: Genome elements regulating gene activity, Chromatin and associated proteins, Transcription process, mRNA biogenesis, export and intracellular localization, Regulation of gene expression by external signals. The conference includes talks of leading scientists and poster session. The following foreign speakers were invited to present a talk Paul Schedl (Princeton University), Vasily M. Studitsky (Fox Chase Cancer Center, USA). Rakesh Mishra (Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, India) Judith Kassis (Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, USA) Several leading scientists in the corresponding fields from Russia will also present their talks.
