  The Workshop is planned as a small-scale forum of scientists aimed at putting together participants from all over the world with reports on latest developments in their labs. About 70 invited talks (of 15-20 minutes duration) are planned. In addition to the invited talks, the organizers plan to host a number of shorter contributed talks and posters by local and inter- national Ph.D. students. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could share the information about this Workshop with your students. A total number of no more than 100 participants is expected.
