The EURASIAN GIS CONGRESS 2018 aims to bring together researchers, academicians and postgraduate students of all levels to exchange and share their experiences and research results with an interest in Geographical Information Sciences. It also provides forum for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the field of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and related discipline. EURASIAN GIS CONGRESS 2018 will be held on 04-07 September 2018 at Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Institute of Geography in Baku, Azerbaijan. The congress is a platform for leading academic scientists and researchers as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration to present their research results and development activities. The host city, Baku, by the side of the Caspian Sea is really affective with all of its history, nature and unique beauty.
