This international peace award is hereby given to Great Citizen of Russia for his exemplary contribution in Scientific Philosophy (Global Studies: Preservation of Peace and Peaceful Co-existence)that have greatly contributed to the amelioration of people's lives and to the promotion of peace in the world as mandated by Presidential Proclamation No. 1476, declaring every fourth Wednesday of November as the "GUSI PEACE PRIZE INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP DAY". GUSI PEACE PRIZE INTERNATIONAL Manila Philippines The Gusi Peace Prize is the Asian equivalent of the Nobel Peace prize and created to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions in bringing peace and respect for human life and dignity. The Prize is awarded annually by the Foundation of Gusi Peace Prize — charitable organization established in Manila in 2003. Awarded each year 10-15 winners from over a thousand nominees. This foundation aims to give honor and awards to distinguished individuals or groups worldwide with exemplary contributions to peace and human rights, in scientific discoveries, politics, academe, philosophy performing arts, literature, medicine or physiology, journalism, humanities, religion, business and philanthropy, economics, internationalism and others. The Gusi Peace Prize is a charitable foundation, an institution based in Manila, Philippines, registered at the Security and Exchange Commission, whose main objective is to give proper recognition through the conferment of awards of excellence and distinction to individuals or groups worldwide who have distinguished themselves as brilliant exemplars of society or who contributed toward the attainment of peace and respect for human life and dignity. The Gusi Peace Prize traces its roots through the efforts of Capt. Gemeniano Javier Gusi, a World War II guerilla who fought against Japanese oppression, turned politician, and became popular for his fight for human rights. As the Gusi Peace Prize goes on, it continues to give charity within the entire country and will continue to work for the good of the people. Indeed the Gusi Peace Prize brings economic and tourism industry in the country. The Gusi Peace Prize has become one of the foremost peace prize in Asia and the whole world. Today, the Gusi Peace Prize envisions itself to approximate the honor and respect accorded to the Nobel Peace Prize of Norway, and the Pulitzer of the United States of America. The Gusi Peace Prize will continue to recognize, honor and give pride and dignity to every deserving achiever and peacemaker worldwide. The mission of the Gusi Peace Prize is to champion human rights and maintain governance, democracy, equality, international peace and goodwill. Likewise, the Gusi Peace Prize is working for people’s amelioration for several years through medical missions, outreach programs, and counseling to the deprived, abused, the humiliated and the sick, with considerable assistance from the Philippine Medical Association, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes, and other nongovernment organizations. The winner of the Award 2015 in the category "Philosophy" was a a well known Russian philosopher, member of the Board of AIPPh Alexander Chumakov, who received the award for his extensive work at the international level in the field of philosophy and for his prominent research in the field of philosophical problems of globalization and its consequences. Ломоносова Первый вице-президент Российского философского общества, д.ф.н., профессор А.Н. Чумаков стал лауреатом Международной Премии Мира Гузи. 25 ноября 2015 г. в столице Филиппин Маниле состоялась торжественная церемония вручения Международной Премии мира Гузи, которая официально имеет статус азиатского аналога Нобелевской премии мира. Награждение проходило в Международном Конгресс-центре Филиппин в присутствии более 6 тысяч зрителей. Среди лауреатов – известных учёных и политиков из 16 стран мира - был и профессор факультета глобальных процессов МГУ им. М.В. Ломоносова, Вице-президент Всемирного Философского Форума (WPF), член Исполкома Международной Ассоциации профессоров философии (AIPPh), профессор А.Н. Чумаков. Чумакову стилизованной под свиток наградной панели, подписанной Президентом Международного комитета по присуждению Премии Мира Гузи Е.Джонсом, Почетным председателем этого Комитета Б.Гузи и Президентом Республики Филиппины Бенигно Акино III выгравированы следующие слова: «Эта Международная премия мира присуждена видному гражданину России за его выдающийся вклад в философию науки (глобальные исследования в области сохранения мира и мирного сосуществования), что значительно способствовало улучшению жизни людей и укреплению мира во всем мире.
