Аннотация:Superconducting BSCCO whiskers with Tc values between 60 and 90K have been grown from amorphous 2212 plates doped by own cations (Ca,Cu) and flux agents (Pb,Li) in an oxygen stream. The growth rate was varied between 0.005 and 0.1 mm/h in dependence on the experimental conditions. The highest critical current density Jc≃2×105A/cm2 (77K, H=0) was achieved for whiskers from 235 plates.
