Аннотация:The reaction 12C(t, p)14C is used to study the neutron periphery of the 14C(g.s.) nucleus. Theexperimental differential cross section of the reaction is compared with the theoretical one, taking intoaccount the mechanisms of dineutron stripping and successive neutron transfer. The good agreementbetween the calculated cross section and the experimental one made it possible to determine the dineutronperiphery configuration in the ground state of the 14C nucleus. It has been shown that the dineutronperiphery in 14C represents a “skin” on the surface of the nucleus. The one-neutron cigar-shapedconfiguration, associated with the mechanism of independent neutron transfer, is quite extended
