Аннотация:This publication is dedicated to the basic principles of fundamental theory of "generalized" Foucault pendulum, implemented upon the principally new 3-D spherical resonator gyroscope (SRG), the basic sensing element of which is a high-Q hollow spherical resonator. The physical effect that forms the basis of functioning of the principally new sensor for 3-D gyroscopes from the gyroscope class under consideration is described, and the general principles of deriving its phase state control laws are formulated. The issues of stability of functioning of the primary operating mode of the new inertial orientation sensor are examined. The applications of the "generalized" Foucault pendulum fundamental theory in high-precision three-dimensional inertial SRG-type sensors are considered. Basic engineering solutions are presented on the basis of modern practices in engineering implementation of the new generation spherical wave resonator gyroscopes based upon the 3-D spherical resonators made from amorphous material for low-dynamic or high-dynamic aerospace objects.
