Аннотация:The sorbability of various cereals, hempseeds, and microcrystalline cellulose in the sorption of Cu(II) ions from neutral, acid, and weakly alkali aqueous solutions was studied. The sorbability with respect to Cu(U[) ions decreases in the order: hempseeds > oatmeal approximate to buckwheat > millet > pearl barley approximate to corn > rice approximate to microcrystalline cellulose. Effective magneto-resonance parameters of the complexes formed were determined. Suggestions were made about the composition and structure of the coordination sphere of Cu(II) ions chemically bound to foodstuffs compounds.
