Аннотация:For C G-protein-conjugated receptors-class CRD the alignment is estimated and the first spatial model of CRD mGluR1-receptors is constructed, which is correlated with aminoterminal and transmembrane domains (AD and TD). Spatial alignment is characterized by two antiparallel β-layers (immunoglobulin β-sandwich. As concluded, CRD works as ’reducer’ decreasing shifts of TD α-helixes N-ends at AD conformational transformations. CRD also acts as intermediary at transmitting signal from AD to TD and can participate in fine modulation of receptor functioning.
