Аннотация:A novel method of thermogravimetry under controlled mercury
and oxygen partial pressures was developed, which allowed
us to obtain the precise thermodynamical data for the equilibrium
MHgO2(s)8MO(s)1 Hg(v)11/2O2 (M5Ca, Sr, and
Ba). Temperature dependencies of equilibrium constants Kp are
described by the equations: logKp(CaHgO2)52(94246540)/
T1(10.2860.57), (888+1013 K); logKp(SrHgO2)52(10197
6890)/T1(10.1060.83), (1043+1118 K); logKp(BaHgO2)5
2(104746730)/T1(9.9460.64), (1098+1163 K). Thermal
stability of mercurates increases in the order CaHgO2, SrHgO2,
BaHgO2 .
