The work is devoted to the calculation and simulation of characteristics of white LEDs based on GaN crystals after prolonged use, as well as at different temperatures. For the three experimental samples obtained color coordinates of CIE 1976 XYZ, normalized color coordinates, color rendering index, correlated color temperature and lumen equivalent of the spectrum. The calculations are based on spectrum of LEDs with following construction: crystal blue glow coated phosphor (produced in Russia), samples №1 and №2 were subjected to aging (2160 hours), №3 was not subjected to aging at all and was used as reference sample. Hours of aging were performed at high current (120 mA), and hence at an elevated temperature of the pn junction (approximately 123 ° C instead of the usual 83 ° C).
