I discuss recent results of our ab initio studies of light nuclei with JISP16 N N interaction. In particular, I discuss our comprehensive analysis [1] of binding energies and spectra of nearly all known s- and p-shell nuclei, studies of nuclear matter with JISP16 [2], etc. The current status of JISP16 NN interaction and future prospect are outlined.
