Model distribution of the ejecta thickness in the southern subpolar region of the Moon is essential for the interpretation of the geological structure at the landing sites of Lunar missions, including the Luna-25 expedition. This expedition is one of the highest priority projects of the Roscosmos corporation at the moment. When interpreting the results obtained at one of the selected landing sites (ellipses 1, 4 and 6, Fig. 1), it is vital to understand the geological structure of the region and the sources of the material that makes up the surface.
