In a tight connection to the dibaryon model of nuclear force proposed by our group some time ago we discuss a clear manifestation of non-nucleonic (dibaryonic) degrees of freedom in some recent e.-m. and hadronic experiments with few-nucleon systems at high momentum and/or energy transfer. It is argued that some experimental data (of JLab) cannot be explained in the framework of conventional dynamic models of few-nucleon nuclei but require some noticeable admixture of dibaryons in nuclear wavefunctions. It is shown that the specific properties of the dressed dibaryons in nuclear medium lead to an adhesion of other nucleons to the initial dressed dibaryon giving multiquark drops in normal nuclear matter. On this basis we argue that these multiquark drops should play a role of embryos and specific catalysts for phase transition to quark-gluon plasma state in high-energy nuclear collisions.
