The analysis of the preliminary results of the UBVRI observations of RW Tri spanning an interval from 1985 November to 1999 December with the main focus on the long-term variability of the system has been done. The data were obtained at Crimean Astrophysical Observatory with 1.25-m telescope AZT-11 equipped with a five-colour channel photometer of Helsinski Observatory. The analysis of the UBVRI brightness change outside and in the middle of eclipse shows that light variations result from variability of the eclipse sourse: the accretion disk. the side of the secondary facing to the disk and gaseouse streams occulted by them. Thus the variety of the UBVRI-light curves of nova-like RW Tri should be due to various accretion states of the system which determined by the transport of material from the donor to the accreting disk and hereinafter - through it to the surface of the white dwarf.
