  6-th Asian Summer School and Symposium on Laser-Plasma Acceleration and Radiation (ASSS-6) (Satellite Meeting of IFSA-2013), Kizugawa-Kyoto, September 3 – September 6, 2013. The purpose of the 6-th Asia Summer School and Symposium on Laser-Plasma Acceleration and Radiation is to address studies of basic scientific problems associated with laser-plasma interactions, as well as industrial applications and applications to medical diagnostics and hadron therapy. Within the symposium program, we shall address special topics, related to the laser driven acceleration of charged particles and laser driven coherent and incoherent x-ray sources with their applications. As it relates to basic research in quantum field physics and astrophysics, special attention will be paid to the generation of super intense electromagnetic waves and to super intense static magnetic fields in high power laser - matter interactions. The key points of the program are: 1. High intensity lasers 2. Lasers for energy production 3. Relativistic and quantum interactions 4. Laser-driven acceleration of charged particles 5. Laser-driven radiation sources from THz to gamma-ray 6. Medical and industrial applications
